You know the old adage: “There’s no such thing as a free lunch?” Outside of Haines, Alaska, it turns out a group of cold cut comrades are just being nice.

The further north I go in Alaska, the longer daylight lasts. There’s no discernible difference between night and day, which makes it tough to stop exploring.
Day 4: Meet the Albertans
Service stations on desolate backroads are the only place to stop, stretch and refuel both bike and rider. Camaraderie comes quick on a motorcycle tour through the Great White North.
